Trandify Deal Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unworn clothing items in their original condition, with all tags attached and clear garment packaging including the SKU label. Returns must be for a full refund; we do not accept exchanges.

Return Window & Process

• You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the order's delivery date. For split shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
• After your request is approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions (e.g., initiated after 7 days, items without original tags) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

Fees & Refunds

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a damaged item).
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
